We've heard a lot from Jimmy Henchman, after he got caught with his drug operation. Allegedly, he was the one who confessed Sean 'Puffy' Combs was sleeping around with underage boys. Now, he's coming forward, claiming he plotted the shooting of Tupac back in 1994. Why is it, after man of these drug dealers get caught, they make confessions?
