Vigil held for Rapper, 'Ms. Atlanta', mother of 10 killed outside Atlanta restaurant

It's very sad this young rapper, Charlese Brooks died at a young age.   It just doesn't make sense for her to had been shot to death by one of the two women arguing.   We don't know if you recall, but there is a scripture in the Bible that says, 'Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall see God (Matthew 5:9).'   'Ms. Atlanta' died by a bullet, trying to make peace. 

According to MyFoxAtlanta.com, Brooks dedicated her life to others, according to her family. She had four biological children and custody of six others.   

May Charlese 'Ms. Atlanta' Brooks rest in peace and we are praying for all 10 of her children, the rest of her family and friends.

Celebrity News: 50 Cent allegedly says he lost lawsuit because he's black

It's so shocking to hear accusations of racism when certain rich black celebrities feel the heat on them.   When ordinary people endure racial discrimination we do hear them crying out.   In the case of 50 Cent, he claims he lost a lawsuit with a company, Sleek Audio, because he's black.   Really, but it seems like many celebrities today, including some popular rappers do not like identifying with being 'black' any other time.

According to TMZ.com, specifically ... 50 says the bias ran so deep the judge didn't allow him to cross-examine witnesses and refused to look at evidence pertaining to the case. Pretty bold claims.

Hip Hop News: Chris Brown charged with hit-and-run

In case you didn't know, Chris Brown has been charged with hit and run.  It seems as though since he and Rihanna broke up, he does not know how to stay out of trouble.  Although, we have seen the two together in public, from time to time, possibly he does not know how to deal with what happened before the break up. 

According to CNN.com, the Los Angeles city attorney filed charges of hit-and-run driving and driving without a license, according to spokesman Frank Mateljan.  

We hope Chris Brown gets himself together, because life is precious and if he has not forgiven himself for allegedly beating on Rihanna, then he needs to do so and do better.  In the meantime, we will keep Chris Brown in our prayers.

Celebrity News: Lil' Scrappy Enters Drug Rehab

Atlanta rapper, Lil' Scrappy aka Darryl Richardson allegedly admits he has been hooked on marijuana and needs rehab.  He also denies it is a publicity stunt to go into rehab for 30 days.  His drug rehab will be on the reality show (Love and Hip Hop) he stars on, allegedly.  At least he's getting help with his drug addiction, the average rapper probably would not go public to admit they need it. 

When we watched the following video, we have to admit 'Lil' Scrappy sounds honest.  He just happened to be on a reality show and it would be very helpful for the producer to show it, so other rappers whom are hooked on any type of drug would be encouraged to seek help.   Although, 'Lil' Scrappy took a drug test and failed, it does not mean he cannot combat his addiction.  Thank God, he is starting a positive chain reaction.

Hip Hop Examiner's take on Tim Dog Faking His Own Death

Many of you probably saw the coverage on "Dateline" of Tim Dog aka Tony Blair owing a woman over 2 million dollars can recall how serious that case was.   One of the thing's we've noticed since he's supposed to be dead is that his website is still up as though he is yet alive.   Of course, we've seen a few other dead music artists whom yet have their websites up by record companies, but Tim Dog supposedly is broke and very dead since last Valentine's day.

Strangely, Tim Dog's family never revealed a death certificate or any proof of his burial.   Even his good friend refused to speak at his funeral, because his family did not even show him any proof of his death.   

Before you look at this following news coverage of the prosecuting attorney speaking out about Tim Dog allegedly faking his death.   Go see his website @ http://www.timdogmusic.com/biography.html, there is no mention of his death.  The wording still sounds like he yet is walking around somewhere: "...now Tim is currently at the helm of Rap Legends Recordings based in Atlanta, Georgia. Hip Hop News: Late Rapper Tim Dog's Mysterious Death, Arrest Warrant Issued

Although, Tim Dog aka Tony Blair is supposed to be dead after a seizure, but there is no death certificate to prove it.  There is no proof of him being buried at any cemetery and nobody has mentioned where he died, according to Wonderwall.msn.com.  It should be obvious he's hiding out somewhere, we're not crazy.

Mississippi prosecutor Steven Juber has opened up a case against the rapper, after not able to find proof of his death.  The reason why Juber needed evidence is because back in 2011, Juber was convicted of grand larceny.  Allegedly, he targeted a woman by the name of Ester Pilgrim for money that he claimed would be used to resurrect his music career.

We sincerely hope Juber and investigator find Tim Dog, because he needs to come clean for what he has done to this lady and now, faking his own death.

Another rapper we have never heard of, a Chicago rapper by the name of Chief Keef has been arrested near Atlanta for drug possession.  No wonder we have a lot of rebellion going on within the black community, too many African Americans filling their heads with this hip hop/rap music, which comes from many music artists who rebellious themselves.

When you hear this video, it's sad how we can overhear Chris Kelly's mother allegedly say, "it's 9:00 o'clock in the morning."   This guy was on his way to living a very short life.   Kelly sounds like he was drugged on this video.  Now, if he took drugs early in the morning on a regular basis, possibly almost every morning, no wonder he's dead now.   However, anytime you take drugs at any hour, you're already cutting your life, very short.

Hip Hop News: Can you Believe Chris Kelly Has Been Found Dead? Police Suspect Drugs!!

Many of you from back in the day recall Kris Kross.  It seems like it was just yesterday when many of us thought they were so creative in their song, 'Jump' and even with the cute attire to match.  It's sad to know Chris Kelly was just 34 years old when he was found dead in his South West Atlanta home.  Allegedly, police suspect it was drugs that is the cause of death.

This is why on this blog, Hip Hop Examiner, we try to be honest about how dangerous the music industry can be these days.   Usually if you want to be a rapper, hip hop music artist or any other type of celebrity, you will be around people whom use a lot of alcohol and drugs.  This is possibly what happened with this famous rapper. There is more information, according to MyFoxAtlanta.com, Kelly's mother had brought him home to recover from drugs, allegedly.  What so sad is, his mother could only do so much.

Hip Hop News: Gucci Mane Released From Jail

Rapper Gucci Mane maybe released from jail, but as the Word of God says in Galatians 6:7.  Therefore, although he is out of jail, there is a higher judge.   Allegedly, Gucci Mane has offended someone once before and he can only keep verbally and physically abusing people for so long before it all comes back to him. 

According to TMZ at HipHopWired.com, we learned that Gucci Mane is due back in court, later on this month.  So, it's really not over yet.  However, like many other rappers and hip hop music artists, he just may get off, because of his celebrity status.  A lot of times, some celebrities are released from jail, because there are confidential deals made between someone in the judicial system and their attorneys, allegedly.   Like we mentioned in our introduction, whatever happens, Gucci Mane will have to reap what he sows, one way or another, if he does not repent.

Senator Rubio seems to be very upset about Jay'z and Beyonce's trip to Cuba for their honeymoon.  Allegedly, he claimed they went over their to show off in front of cameras on the streets of Cuba, but not caring about what goes on there.  No offense to Sen.  Rubio, but isn't that what we usually to say about other races who go in the ghetto, but not helping the poor? 

Let us assure you, we are not defending Jay-z nor Beyonce, but they do have the right to go anywhere in the world for their anniversary.   Although, we do not support their alleged connection to the Secret Society (of the Illuminati), if they were white, we do not think Senator Rubio would be complaining.  Just like in any other foreign country like Brazil, for example, some people in Cuba can be very racist against blacks and they don't want to see us successful any sort of way.   To be honest with you, rich whites, Latinos, Asians and other races yet go into the black community today, but they do not care anything about our people.  Therefore, what harm is it for Jay-z just to go to Cuba for his anniversary?

Hip Hop News: Atlanta Rapper killed in Maybach shooting on I-20

Time and time again, we are so tired of black folks bragging on Atlanta.   In our opinion, it's just as bad as LA.  This well known rapper, Jame Lewiel was just shot and killed in a drive-by shooting.  Let us remind you, this place and its surrounding city is not what some people there, make it out to be, 'the black mecca.'  Atlanta is a very dangerous place to live, including some surrounding cities.

According to MyFoxAtlanta.com, Jame Lewiel, also known as OG Double D, was killed in a drive-by shooting on I-20.  Now, maybe it is the life this guy lived, but we have heard of so many ruthless shootings that has taken place in Atlanta. In the world of hip hop/rap, it can be very dangerous, because of the people whom may know you and are very jealous of you.  You cannot be a part of this industry thinking you will make a positive impact in your music like Lewiel and think you are going to live a long time.  We really wish African Americans would just drop the entire genre of music all together, because it is not good.  There are demonic spirits within a lot of the music and when people listen to it, it creates them to do evil in a lot of cases.
 

MyFoxAtlanta.com allegedly says this rapper, Jame Leweil aka OG Double D was driving one of the most expensive cars, driving a Maybach when he was shot dead in this drive-by shooting.  Like the Word of God clearly says in Mark 8:6 and Matthew 8:16: 'For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?'  We pray Leweil's soul is in a better place.  However for the rest of you, get out of this dangerous business before it is everlasting too late.  There is no way to make Hip Hop or Rap music good, not even in gospel music, because too many people are going after the money and not serving God.

Rapper Gucci Mane has been indicted on aggravated assault.   If you recall, he was accused of hitting a soldier in the head with a champagne bottle at a night club.   However, we are not sure how long he will spend in jail. 

According to wsbtv.com, a second victim said the rapper assaulted him two nights later in Philadelphia. That man said he approached the rapper after a show when he was punched in the face.   This sounds like there could be some psychological issues going on with this guy.

Hip Hop News: Too Short Charged with Four Misdemeanors

LA born rapper, Too Short aka Todd Anthony Shaw has been charged with four misdemeanors, after DUI in LA.   In case you don't recall, Too Short ran from police, possibly after he learned he was going to be arrested.   In our previous article, we gave you thoughts about him running from the cops at his age of 46.  

No wonder we do not have many young black men growing into maturity, they don't have many positive examples.   We wish there were some positive examples of black men within the rap industry, but we cannot think of any.    This is why we do not agree with the hip hop/rap movement, because in our opinion, it has crippled young black America.  We say the same for black female hip hop/rap artists, we need more positive examples and if it can't be, just quit that particular genre, all together.  Something is wrong with any individual who is running away from his troubles, instead of dealing with it. 


Really HHE readers, does it look right for a man to be almost 50 years old running from police?  It is time that you realize the riddle along with the beat to the tune of music is just not going to make positive examples among African Americans, not ever.

Power 105 DJ Clue aka Ernesto Shaw has been busted for drugs at Manhattan's checkpoint.   He was not just busted for drugs, but also driving without a license at 2 o'clock in the morning.  Allegedly, DJ Clue has had his license suspended 8 times, which reveals he could have always had a problem with drugs.

Rapper Gucci Mane is wanted by police for assaulting a soldier at a club in Atlanta.  The soldier reporter he was hit over the head by the rapper with a champagne bottle.  Something is odd about this rapper, we don't know if you recall, but in a previous report, Mane was arrested early 2011 for allegedly pushing a woman out of a car, according to hollywoodreporter.com.  If this rapper, Mane does not get his act together, he's going to end up killing someone.

Hip Hop News: Rapper Too Short Arrested for DUI and Drug Possession

Here's a household name in the news we don't hear of too much, Too Short born Todd Anthony Shaw.  He has been arrested for DUI and drug possession.  He was stopped by police in Hollywood early in the morning.

Too Short has been arrested twice before for DUI, according to KTLA.com back in 2009.  According to TMZ.com, the rap artist was under the influence when the cops approached him and when they tried to give him a breathalyzer test, he tried to escape.  He doesn't realize he could have been shot dead.  Doesn't he realize it's time to stop running after breaking the law at 46 years old?   We suppose he cannot see this fact or make any change in his life unless he finally breaks away from the hip hop/rap industry.   It's about time for not only Too Short to mature, but also other rappers whom have not been a positive influence to our youth and within the black community.  Of course, it's not just their music, but also the dangerous life they live for many music artists.
