For all of you readers whom have been following the headlines for Kanye West being investigated for allegedly assaulting a Paparazzo, he will not be charged. Allegedly, he beat the guy so bad, he had him on the gurney, but we feel just because of his fame, he got off. If he had of been an ordinary black man, he no doubt would be charged.According to KTLA.com, the photographer was treated at Marina del Rey Hospital and released the same day after being diagnosed with a contusion and muscle strain, Broersma wrote, adding that assault charges were declined because he “did not sustain significant injury.”
In the meantime, we hope this photographer will be more careful when taking shots of these celebrities, because some of them like West can be very mean and snobby.
