Celebrity News: Grammy-winning singer Lauryn Hill released from federal prison

It seems like it was just yesterday when Lauryn Hill was sent to prison.  However, we do realize it was just for a few months.   Now, we are looking forward to Lauryn Hill getting on with her life and surprising us with a new hit album. 

 According to CNN.com, the 38-year-old still faces restrictions, though: three months of home confinement and a year of supervised probation. She's also been ordered to pay penalties and the taxes she owed. Her lawyer, Nathan Hochman, said Hill has since fully paid her taxes.  

We are so glad Lauryn Hill is out of prison and God bless her.
