Hip Hop News: Frank Ocean Sued Over Production Credit On Channel Orange


Unlike Chris Brown, Frank Ocean is not always in the news, regarding mischievous affairs, allegedly.  The hip hop artist is being sued over a sample featured in his song, he did not credit on his album.

According to HipHopWired.com, this not the first time that the award-winning singer/songwriter has been named in a lawsuit. Frank Ocean released his breakout mixtape, Nostalgia:Ultra and Don Henely threatened to sue  over his song "American Wedding" due to its use of an uncleared sample of The Eagles' "Hotel California."

In the meantime, we hope Frank Ocean gets this all straightened out.

Frank Ocean has been the toast of the town since he dropped his debut album, Channel Orange. Now the Grammy-Award winner is facing a lawsuit over an uncredited sample.
