Hip Hop News: Jay-Z's 40/40 club shut down for health violations, faces 'C' grade


Jay-Z's nightclub in New York city has been closed for just a day.  The hip hop celebrity has already invested about $10 million dollars to relaunch.  However, an inspector found perishable food at dangerously warm temperatures inside the walk-in refrigerator and discovered “hot” food left out on the counter on Thursday, Health Department sources said, according to NYPost.com.
